Objectives of the program: 
Develop the Barentsregional dimension
Improve the knowledge of Norwegian and Russian languages
Encourage the academic recognition of diplomas and periods of study
Create greater understanding and solidarity between the peoples
Promote the intercultural dimension of education

Student and teacher exchanges
Joint curriculum and course development
Russian and Norwegian language courses
Preparatory visits and partner meetings  
Student grants for freemovers
